These are great. There is an important note, however, and something not mentioned in this guy’s video. As my massage therapist always tells me, do not stretch “cold”; that is without warming the area to be stretched first. Stretching w/o warm up can just make things worse. And I know this first hand. She told me to do things like stretch after a shower or bath or use one of those “Magic Bags” to warm the area (i.e. the neck).
