These are great.  There is an important note, however, and something not mentioned in this guy&#039;s video.  As my massage therapist always tells me, do not stretch &quot;cold&quot;; that is without warming the area to be stretched first.  Stretching w/o warm up can just make things worse.  And I know this first hand. She told me to do things like stretch after a shower or bath or use one of those &quot;Magic Bags&quot; to warm the area (i.e. the neck).&lt;/p&gt;
