I have been doing couselling with Cal since November and I have definitely had some difficult times throughout these last few months. During one of those difficult times, it was in the middle of one of the nights that I could sleep, I woke up hearing somebody whispering. It was loud, but a whisper, and seemed to not be in my head but to fill the room. Instead of being afraid, a nice peaceful feeling came over me and the words I heard were “Understand that I love you.” It’s kind of funny, I try to remember to repeat those words when I return to those moments of panic and they help me a great deal. I just haven’t figured out yet how to not return to those places at all.</p> Hi Ros,
